Is Free actually free?
Yes, and permanently. CCST Networking and CCNA are complete — every lab, incident, flashcard, practice exam and study mode on both tracks, plus readiness scoring, streaks and ten ranked matches a day. No card, no trial timer, no feature that stops working after a fortnight.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends, then the account moves back to Free. Nothing is deleted — your progress, statistics, ratings and history stay exactly where they are and the Pro tracks simply lock again.
Can I get a refund?
14 days on a first subscription, no justification needed. See the refund policy for renewals and edge cases — the short version is that we would rather refund it than argue about it.
Do you store my card?
We never receive it. Payment is taken on your bank's own secure page; ITWars only learns that an order succeeded or failed. There is no card field anywhere in our product, by design.
